Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Framework

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) establishes the corporate governance framework applicable to digital platforms operated by Bani Global Industries LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

The website www.baniglobal.in functions as a corporate information portal representing the Company and its affiliated brands.

All commercial transactions, product purchases, service engagements, or bookings conducted through brand-specific platforms operated under the Company are governed by the independent policies of those respective brands.

Accordingly, refunds, cancellations, and returns are administered solely by the operational brand responsible for the transaction, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

2. Brand Governance Structure

Bani Global Industries LLP operates through multiple independent brand verticals, each maintaining its own commercial policies, operational terms, and customer service frameworks.

These brands include but are not limited to:

  • Laddynest – Fashion & Apparel
  • Lexi Trip – Travel & Mobility Services
  • Ruby Broadcast Network (RBN) – Media & Broadcasting Services

Each brand operates with distinct operational policies, including refund, return, cancellation, and service delivery policies, which are published on their respective platforms.

3. Laddynest – Fashion & Apparel Policy Governance

All purchases made through Laddynest branded platforms, including its official website and marketplaces, are governed by the Laddynest Return & Refund Policy.

3.1 Return Eligibility

Return requests may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are classified as non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards, including but not limited to:

  • Intimate wear
  • Innerwear
  • Opened hygiene-sealed products

3.3 Refund Processing

Once the returned product passes internal quality inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Lexi Trip – Travel & Mobility Services

Lexi Trip operates as an Online Travel Agency (OTA) facilitating travel bookings through third-party service providers.

4.1 Third-Party Provider Policies

All cancellations, refunds, or modifications are governed by the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or travel service provider.

4.2 Processing Charges

Lexi Trip may apply non-refundable administrative or service charges for processing cancellations, changes, or refunds.

4.3 Refund Timelines

Refunds will be initiated only after receipt of funds from the respective third-party provider, which may take 15–30 business days or longer, depending on the provider’s internal policies.

5. Ruby Broadcast Network (RBN) – Media & Creative Services

Payments made for media production, digital broadcasting, advertising campaigns, or creative services under Ruby Broadcast Network are generally non-refundable once project execution has commenced.

Cancellation, payment milestones, and refund eligibility are governed by:

  • Project Agreements
  • Service Contracts
  • Work Orders

executed between the client and the respective RBN division.

6. Corporate Platform Disclaimer

The website www.baniglobal.in functions strictly as a corporate communication platform and does not directly process customer transactions or orders.

Therefore:

  • The Company shall not be directly liable for transactional disputes arising from brand platforms.
  • Customers must refer to the respective brand’s official website or support channel for refund or cancellation requests.
7. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

Bani Global Industries LLP and its affiliated brands reserve the right to:

  • Decline refund requests
  • Suspend user accounts
  • Initiate legal action

in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Abuse of return policies
  • Chargeback fraud
  • Misrepresentation of claims

Such actions may be pursued under applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws.

8. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
